Day 44 of vivo Pro Kabaddi Season 9 serves up a double header at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. Sunday’s first fixture will see Tamil Thalaivas lock horns with Gujarat Giants while Dabang Delhi K.C. square off against Bengaluru Bulls in the second.

Match 104: Tamil Thalaivas vs Gujarat Giants

Tamil Thalaivas head into this game after a loss in their previous outing. They have recorded seven wins, seven losses as well as three ties so far. Narender has been the standout raider for the Thalaivas with 173 raid points. He has had support from Ajinkya Pawar who has scored 68 raid points, while Himanshu Singh managed 36 raid points. In defence, Sagar has led the way with 53 tackle points. Sahil Gulia has also played a key role with 41 tackle points along with M. Abishek who has registered 28 tackle points.

Gujarat Giants, meanwhile, have managed five wins, suffered 10 losses and played out a tie in Season 9. Rakesh has been prolific for them in attack with 126 raid points. Parteek Dhaiya and Chandran Ranjit have also done well with 103 and 82 raid points respectively. However, the Giants’ defence could do better with Sourav Gulia and Arkam Shaikh currently their best performers with 26 and 24 tackle points respectively, while Rinku Narwal has chipped in with 22 tackle points.

Tamil Thalaivas vs Gujarat Giants head-to-head

Tamil Thalaivas and Gujarat Giants have played against each other in seven matches. Tamil Thalaivas have won twice whereas Gujarat Giants have won four matches. One game ended in a tie. 

Match 105: Dabang Delhi K.C. vs Bengaluru Bulls

Dabang Delhi K.C. have secured nine wins and suffered eight losses so far. Naveen Kumar has done brilliantly with 183 raid points and he has had assistance from Ashu Malik who has amassed 112 raid points. Manjeet and Vijay Malik have also contributed in attack with 54 and 42 raid points respectively. Meanwhile, Vishal has put on a show in defence for Dabang Delhi K.C with 42 tackle points. Krishan has helped Vishal with 33 tackle points, while Ravi Kumar has also contributed 20 tackle points. 

Bengaluru Bulls, on the other hand, have been one of the top contenders in the league with 10 wins, six losses and a tie. Bharat has been the most consistent raider for the Bulls with 196 raid points. The Bulls have also got the likes of Vikash Kandola and Neeraj Narwal who have made their mark with 91 and 70 raid points respectively. As far as their defence is concerned, Saurabh Nandal has fired on all cylinders with 54 tackle points. Aman and Mahender Singh have also made their presence felt with 37 and 30 tackle points respectively.

Dabang Delhi K.C. vs Bengaluru Bulls head-to-head

Dabang Delhi K.C. and Bengaluru Bulls have squared off 18 times. Out of which, Dabang Delhi K.C. have won nine matches while Bengaluru Bulls have won seven games. Two matches finished in ties.
