A multitude of foreign kabaddi stars made a big impact for their respective teams in VIVO Pro Kabaddi Season 6. Here are the five foreign players who finished the season with the most points this campaign.

1. Meraj Sheykh – Dabang Delhi K.C.

Veteran all-rounder Meraj Sheykh led the foreign players in scoring with 97 points to his name in Season 6, helping Dabang Delhi K.C. reach the Playoffs for the first time in franchise history. Sheykh was particularly impressive during Dabang Delhi K.C.’s home leg, scoring 47 raid points in five appearances. The team won all five of those fixtures and finished their home leg with a season record of 28 points out of a possible 30.

2. Fazel Atrachali – U Mumba

U Mumba’s Fazel Atrachali created history when he was named the first overseas skipper in VIVO Pro Kabaddi and the Iranian repaid the team management’s trust in sublime fashion, scoring 83 tackle points over the course of the season and leading the team to a Playoffs appearance. Atrachali finished third in the race for the Best Defender title and became the first overseas player to cross 200 tackle points in VIVO Pro Kabaddi history.

3. Jang Kun Lee – Bengal Warriors

Raider Jang Kun Lee finished Season 6 as Bengal Warriors’ second highest scorer with 82 points, forming a potent partnership with teammate Maninder Singh in offence. Lee scored two Super 10s this campaign and became one of only 11 players, and the first overseas player, to score 400 raid points in VIVO Pro Kabaddi. Lee also became one of only six players to score 400 points for a single team and is Bengal Warriors’ all-time leading scorer with 431 points to his name.

4. Mohsen Maghsoudloujafari – Telugu Titans

Mohsen Maghsoudloujafari had an all-round impact for Telugu Titans in Season 6, scoring 56 points of which 29 were raid points and 27 were tackle points. Maghsoudlou made timely contributions for Telugu Titans as their secondary raider and also filled-in at key defensive positions when required to help the team’s cause. Despite primarily being a raider, Maghsoudlou showcased his defensive attributes with his two Super Tackles this campaign and can also boast of a memorable tackle on Pardeep Narwal in a crucial fixture for his side.

5.  Abozar Mohajermighani – Telugu Titans

Despite playing only 21 matches, Telugu Titans’ Abozar Mohajermighani was the third highest-scoring Right Corner in VIVO Pro Kabaddi Season 6, scoring 56 tackle points at an average of 2.67 per match. Mighani's tally of eight Super Tackles was the second-most this campaign, just one shy of teammate Vishal Bhardwaj’s league-high mark of nine. The Iranian’s tally of four High 5s was the second-highest by a Right Corner in Season 6 behind Nitesh Kumar.
