After a successful inaugural edition of the vivo Pro Kabaddi League, the players raised the bar in Season 2 with their spectacular performances. It's time to turn back the clock and relive five of the most exciting encounters of vivo Pro Kabaddi Season 2 which had fans hooked until the end.

5) Match 42: Dabang Delhi 45-45 Telugu Titans

Dabang Delhi hosted Rahul Chaudhari's Telugu Titans in a fascinating contest that went down to the wire. With the match wonderfully poised in the 39th minute, Kashiling Adake scored a super raid to take his team to 45 points. Adake put on an incredible show with 24 raid points, but failed to take Delhi over the line in the buzzer raid.

Deepak Hooda's successful penultimate raid meant Telugu Titans needed one point to tie the match. The Titans’ defence tackled Kashiling to level the scores as Dabang Delhi gave away their lead in the last minute.

4) Match 11: Dabang Delhi 38-37 Puneri Paltan

This was a topsy-turvy contest that went down to the buzzer raid. The fixture was dominated by the raiders of both sides, but it was a defensive effort that decided the outcome. Puneri Paltan and Dabang Delhi each had 37 points when Wazir Singh went in for the final raid of the match.

He had the opportunity to seal the game for Puneri Paltan, but Delhi's defence rose to the occasion and pinned him down to win the match.

3) Semi-Final 1: Telugu Titans 38-39 Bengaluru Bulls

The first semi-final of PKL season 2 starred the 'Showman' Rahul Chaudhari and the 'Iceman' Ajay Thakur. Both the teams got off to a sublime start, but it was the Bengaluru Bulls who took a healthy lead in the second half. Telugu Titans found themselves trailing 25-37 with only three minutes left on the clock.

Rahul Chaudhari then scored six points in five raids to make things tricky for the Bulls. Only a single point separated both the sides in the last minute when mighty all-rounder Manjeet Chhillar scored a vital raid point to steer Bengaluru Bulls to the finals.

2) Match 8: Bengal Warriors 28-26 Jaipur Pink Panthers

Jasvir Singh and Jaipur Pink Panthers dominated the proceedings after inflicting the first all-out in the match. The defending champions had an 8-point lead with ten minutes left on the clock when Bengal Warriors roared back into the picture.

Nilesh Shinde & Co. came back from behind (21-26) to win the game by 28-26 in the final seconds. The Panthers’ Samarjeet Singh ended up making a blunder that gave away an all-out when all he had to do was run down the clock.

1) Match 16: Telugu Titans 26-27 U Mumba

Pro Kabaddi Season 2 champions, U Mumba, indulged in an edge-of-the-seat thriller against the Telugu Titans. The Titans were in the commanding position for the majority of the game but it was Anup Kumar's heroics which saved the day for U Mumba. The legendary skipper scored a super ten in this intriguing contest.

Trailing by 23-18, the turning point of the match came in the 34th minute when U Mumba inflicted an all-out to cut the deficit by one point. Shabeer Bappu picked up a crucial point in the penultimate raid of the match to register a thrilling victory for U Mumba.
