After back-to-back seasons of Pardeep Narwal making the MVP award his own, a new champion has finally emerged to take home the award and it is none other than Bengaluru Bulls’ strike raider Pawan Kumar Sehrawat. Sehrawat finished his campaign with 271 raid points after a 22-raid point display against Gujarat Fortunegiants in the final to help his team take home their maiden VIVO Pro Kabaddi crown.

The raider has been at the top of his game from the start of the season, picking up 20 raid points in his first match against Tamil Thalaivas to kick his campaign off in style.  He then went on to add 12 more Super 10s to his tally to end the season with the second-most Super 10s. A game-changer in every way, 12 of Sehrawat’s 13 Super 10s have been in winning causes including the one in the Season 6 final. In fact, his 22 raid points in the final put him in the record books as the highest scoring player in a VIVO Pro Kabaddi final.

Sehrawat’s ability to score big is amply displayed by the fact that he leads the season in Super Raids with 12 to his name, twice those of third-placed Pardeep Narwal. Sehrawat also became the only raider to cross the 250-raid-point mark this season. With class, skill and the ability to turn matches around singlehandedly, Sehrawat’s raiding masterclasses have definitely been one of the highlights of VIVO Pro Kabaddi Season 6.

Pawan Kumar Sehrawat in Season 6:
