Playing just their third PKL season, Krishan and Sahil Gulia emerged as the defensive leaders for their respective teams in Pro Kabaddi League Season 10. Krishan contributed by helping the Patna Pirates reach the playoffs in the 10th PKL edition. At the same time, Sahil Gulia had his best-ever PKL season, topping the defenders' chart for Tamil Thalaivas. These left corners shouldered the responsibility and made a huge impact on their teams.

Here, we delve into the details and closely examine the performances of these two impressive left corners in Season 10.

Krishan was a vital contributor to the Patna Pirates' success in PKL Season 10. Acquired in the Player Auction, he lived up to expectations by becoming the team's best defender. He was effective throughout the tournament, producing 78 points in 24 matches. Sahil Gulia also had his best PKL season to date, adding 69 points in 22 matches.

These two players are known for their defensive prowess but have also been key to the overall success of their respective teams. Patna Pirates’ Krishan had a not-out percentage of 75%, while Sahil Gulia boasted a 100% not-out percentage for Tamil Thalaivas in Pro Kabaddi League Season 10.

These star tacklers were the defensive pillars of their teams, leading the defensive duties with full responsibility. Krishan had his best season as a defender, ranking second in the top tackle points leaderboard. The Pirate attempted 166 tackles and scored 78 tackle points for the three-time champions. He produced five Super Tackles and six High 5s during the campaign, achieving a tackle strike rate of 47 in PKL Season 10.

Sahil Gulia, with 69 tackle points, became a dominant force in the Thalaivas' defence. He was the standout defender for his team and ranked among the top 10 defenders in the league. He attempted 188 tackles with a tackle strike rate of 58. Like Krishan, he ended the tournament with five Super Tackles and six High 5s.

Both defenders are known for their defensive strength and were rarely seen attempting raids. They were usually sent to slow down the pace of the game or perform empty raids. Consequently, Krishan and Sahil Gulia did not score any raid points in PKL Season 10.
