On Friday, we get to witness triple panga in vivo Pro Kabaddi Season 9 at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. In the first match, U.P. Yoddhas will square off against U Mumba, while Patna Pirates face Gujarat Giants in the second game and Haryana Steelers meet Bengal Warriors in the last game.

Match 112: U.P. Yoddhas vs U Mumba

U.P. Yoddhas have looked in good form in recent games and the Pardeep Narwal-led team have won 10 matches, suffered six losses and played out two ties. Pardeep Narwal holds the key for the Yoddhas having scored 185 raid points this season. Surender Gill has also made a statement in offence with 132 raid points while Rohit Tomar has chipped in with 52 raid points. On the defensive front, Sumit has been sensational for the Yoddhas with 45 tackle points. Ashu Singh is not far behind Sumit having accumulated 42 tackle points, while Nitesh Kumar and Gurdeep have contributed 29 and 27 tackle points respectively.   

On the other hand, U Mumba have been inconsistent all season and have nine wins and nine losses as a result. Guman Singh has been their go-to man in attack as he has scored 120 raid points. He has been supported by Ashish and Jai Bhagwan who have amassed 86 and 61 raid points respectively. Defensively, Rinku has been a reliable player for U Mumba as he has scored 54 tackle points. The likes of Mohit and skipper Surinder Singh have also made their presence felt with 36 and 31 tackle points respectively.

U.P. Yoddhas vs U Mumba head-to-head

U.P. Yoddhas and U Mumba have played nine matches against each other. Both sides have won four games each. One match ended in a tie.

Match 113: Patna Pirates vs Gujarat Giants

Patna Pirates have lost their last two matches and they are currently in ninth position with seven wins, eight losses and three ties. Sachin has been the shining star for the three-time champions with his 155 raid points, while Rohit Gulia has also lived up to his billing with 126 raid points. In defence, Mohammadreza Chiyaneh has been stunning for the Pirates with 65 tackle points. Sunil has also given Chiyaneh support with 37 tackle points and skipper Neeraj Kumar has chipped in with 24 tackle points.

Meanwhile, Gujarat Giants find themselves second from bottom on the points table with six wins, 11 losses and a tie. Parteek Dahiya and Rakesh have been in tremendous form for the Giants with 131 and 128 raid points respectively. They also have good support from captain Chandran Ranjit, who has scored 94 raid points. As far as their defence goes, the duo of Arkam Shaikh and Sourav Gulia have been their best performers with 31 and 30 tackle points respectively, while Rinku Narwal has managed 24 tackle points.      

Patna Pirates vs Gujarat Giants head-to-head

Patna Pirates and Gujarat Giants have met on 10 occasions in vivo PKL with both teams winning five games each. 

Match 114: Haryana Steelers vs Bengal Warriors

Haryana Steelers have looked impressive in recent matches and they have seven wins, nine losses and two ties. Manjeet and Meetu Sharma have been the leaders of the Steelers’ raiding unit with 137 and 126 raid points respectively. The Steelers also have the likes of K. Prapanjan, Vinay and Rakesh Narwal, all of whom are capable of contributing through their raids. In defence, Jaideep Dahiya has been the Steelers’ top defender this season with 47 tackle points, while Mohit Nandal and Nitin Rawal have assisted Dahiya with 37 and 28 tackle points respectively.  

Bengal Warriors, on the other hand, have been inconsistent with their performances this season and they have eight wins and eight losses along with two ties. Maninder Singh has been in good raiding form and has amassed 208 raid points so far. Shrikant Jadhav has also been vital for the Warriors in offence with 93 raid points, while all-rounder Deepak Hooda has chipped in with 46 raid points. As far as their defence goes, Girish Maruti Ernak has stood tall with 49 tackle points, while Shubham Shinde and Vaibhav Garje have managed 34 and 28 tackle points respectively.

Haryana Steelers vs Bengal Warriors head-to-head

Haryana Steelers and Bengal Warriors have battled it out in seven matches. Haryana Steelers have won six matches while Bengal Warriors managed to win one game.
